This affiliate policy sets out the terms and conditions under which Distribuciones Samvete S.L (NIF: B13889324), with address in Madfrid, C/ Princesa 31 2ª-3 and email info@medalab.com, offers its affiliate program. By participating in the affiliate program, you agree to comply with the conditions set forth herein.
1. Program Eligibility
The Affiliate must be directly related to associations, groups, websites, social networks, etc… related to the wellness, health, alternative medicine or similar sectors.
It can be an individual or a company, and must be able to issue an invoice in order to pay its commissions.
2. Procedure
Distribuciones Samvete S.L. will provide the Affiliate with a specific URL to be used to promote the products. Purchases made using that URL will generate commissions that can be monitored from the affiliate panel on the Medalab website (Affiliate panel URL).
For this purpose, the affiliate will be provided with a username and password that will allow him/her to access his/her sales and commissions summary. Detailed information on how this works is attached.
The products eligible for commission are: Plasmatrohn, Biotrohn, CDS Gen, and Mara.
3. Payment of commissions
The commission is set at 10% on the amount of each sale (excluding taxes).
If a customer returns the product within the legal withdrawal period, the commission is automatically cancelled.
Commissions will be paid every 3 months, between the 15th and the 30th day of January, April, July and October.
The commissions generated will be paid if they reach a minimum of 300 € in the three months prior to the month of payment of the commission.
The means of payment of the commissions will be PayPal. The Affiliate must have a PayPal account where these commissions can be paid.
If the minimum conditions for the payment of commissions for a period are not met, the commissions will be paid in the following payment period, provided that the minimum quota of commissions established (300 € in the three months prior to the month of payment of the commission) is reached.
The affiliate is solely responsible for consulting its activity in the affiliate area and for sending the invoices to Distribuciones Samvete S.L. within the required period (second half of the months of January, April, July and October). If the affiliate is not responsible for sending their invoices within the agreed period, Distribuciones Samvete S.L. will not make the payment after that period. Distribuciones Samvete S.L. will not make any communication informing of the payment periods or of the failure to send the corresponding invoices.
The affiliate has the possibility to offer a 5% discount coupon to their customers. The discount is not possible with products already on sale. If the affiliate wishes to take advantage of this option, they must indicate it in the application form, and an exclusive coupon will be created for the affiliate that they can provide to their customers.
4. Conditions of permanence
To remain in the Affiliate Program, the Affiliate must generate a minimum of €1,200 in commissions one year from the date of enrollment in the program.
If these conditions are not met, Distribuciones Samvete S.L. will proceed to terminate the Affiliate’s account and will pay the Affiliate’s pending commissions, provided that the Affiliate has generated at least 300 € in commissions during the one-year period.
5. Communication channels
The Affiliate shall provide information on the communication channels it prefers to use to follow up with potential customers, such as website, social media profiles, or any other channel where Medalab’s products are to be promoted.
6. Use of Medalab branded materials
The Affiliate may not modify the media or branding files provided by the brand. All material provided by the brand must be used as delivered.
7. Conditions of use and prohibited practices
The Affiliate may not make a purchase using his or her own affiliate link. This practice will be considered abuse of the platform and may result in the permanent blocking of the Affiliate’s account.
In addition, these will be considered prohibited practices and will result in the blocking of the account and the loss of the non-bonused amounts:
- The creation of false or multiple accounts to benefit from commissions.
- The use of spamming techniques to promote the Company’s products.
- Engaging in any illegal or fraudulent activity in connection with the Affiliate Program.
8. Changes in the affiliation policy
Distribuciones Samvete S.L. reserves the right to apply changes or modifications in the provision of the affiliation service without prior notice.
Affiliates will be notified of changes to the affiliate policy via their registered email or via an update in the affiliate dashboard. It is the responsibility of affiliates to keep informed of updates and to comply with modifications to the affiliation policy.
