Your prize is waiting for you

Organiser

The organisation and management of the prize draw is the responsibility of Distribuciones Samvete (Medalab), registered at C/ Princesa 31, 2º-3, 28008 Madrid (Spain), CIF B13889324.

Participants

The prize draw is open to all persons of legal age who have made a valid purchase during Medalab’s Summer 2026 promotion (Limited Series). Employees of the organiser and their relatives may not take part in the prize draw.

How the prize draw works

Entry was automatic on purchasing any of the packs in Medalab’s Limited Series (Biotrohn, CDS Gen or Mara ClO₂ WR) during the Summer 2026 promotion:

• Completing the purchase of one of the packs on our platform was enough to be entered automatically into the prize draw.
• To be able to receive the prize, the purchase process must be completed on our platform, not in progress.
• If, after a reasonable period (one working week), the prize has not been claimed or could not be delivered to the winner, it will be awarded to one of the substitute participants designated by the organiser.

Entry period

The entry period began on 7 July 2026 and ended when the flash deal ended, that is, when the 80 units of the Limited Series sold out, which took place on 27 July 2026. Entries registered outside this period will not be considered for the prize draw.

Prize

The prize draw consists of 1 Mara ClO₂ WR device + a Course of your choice from Medalab’s available courses. A single prize will be drawn among all buyers who meet the requirements, regardless of the pack purchased.

Winner selection

The winner will be chosen at random via the AppSorteos platform, by the organiser, among all participants who have met the prize draw requirements. The winner will be announced on Friday 25 September 2026 through a post on Medalab’s Instagram profile (@medalab_es) and via the email the participant used to register at the time of purchase.

Contacting the winner and awarding the prize

The winner may contact the company within 7 days from the date of the announcement on the brand’s social media profile. If no such contact is made within the stipulated period, the prize draw will be declared without a winner or the substitute will be assigned.

Processing of personal data

The personal data provided by participants will be processed by the organiser in accordance with the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data.

Changes and cancellation of the prize draw

The organiser reserves the right to make changes to these terms at any time, provided they do not harm the rights of participants. The organiser also reserves the right to cancel or postpone the prize draw in the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances that make it necessary.

Liability

The organiser is not liable for any damage, loss or injury that participants may suffer during the prize draw or as a result of their participation. Likewise, the organiser is not liable for the improper or fraudulent use of the prizes by the winners.

Acceptance of the terms

Participation in the prize draw implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply with any of the established rules or requirements will result in the participant’s exclusion from the prize draw.
